This stunning Scottish Singer 28k hand crank sewing machine made in 1939 is super original and has been well loved and maintained over the years. It has been fully serviced by Sussex Sewing Machines and is stitch perfect, vintage and beautiful.

Last of its kind!

Eighty four years old and stitching beautifully! This machine made in 1939 – registered September 11th makes it one of the very last of the 28k machines made before they were discontinued.

Along with this fantastic Singer 28k, you will receive a signed copy of the ‘A Brief History Of The Sewing Machine’ book by Alex Askaroff.

The machine comes with lots of extras including beautiful case and key, Singer accessory tin, attachments, needle threader, instructions, original Singer needles and more, see pictures. A few of the usual pin marks and scratches but in beautiful condition. Well used but well loved. Fantastic machine – and an original hand crank! Made in the Kilbowie factory in Clydebank, Scotland.
